Here are some thoughts from recent clients. I can't wait to get your letter added to the list.

Mr and Mrs Duffy

 Dear Mike,

We were holding a "for sale by owner" open house when you walked in and introduced yourself.

I bet you remember that the topic of some of our first conversations was our lack of respect for real estate agents in general. We had sold a fair number of homes in our lives, paying agent's fees primarily to be in multiple listing while we felt that we were doing all of the marketing and sales ourselves.

We had made three personal moves within the past six month period when we met you. We needed to turn our attention to our new business. We decided to take another chance. You changed our experience of a lifetime and also changed our attitude, Mike. Your swift success in marketing our home and tireless efforts in bringing the sale to a smooth close have made this experience truly unique.

It was typical of your integrity and concern when you called to say you had investigated and discovered an error the buyer's inspector had made in his report on our home. This was after we had completely accepted the inspection results and offered to settle the problem. You were out there saving our money, taking care of us, when we would never have questioned the inspection.

A couple of thousand years ago you would surely have been a shepherd. It's been unnecessary for us to do anything other than follow your lead.

Many, many thanks,

Jack and Roberta  Duffey

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

I am a retired corporate attorney.  I recently utilized the services of Mr. Michael Orozco (Mike Orozco [[email protected]]) with respect to the sale of my home in Falconhead, Austin, TX and the purchase of another home in Southwest Austin, TX.  To be frank, I am not the easiest person to work with and there were numerous factors that made this set of transactions pressing, stressful and time-sensitive.  Mike was not only professional but proficient and personable.  No matter what the circumstances were, he maintained a demeanor that cultivated confidence in me as both a seller and buyer.  His ethics are impeccable and his kindness is consistent.  I recommend him without reservation to anyone who is considering his services.

Listing our home with Mike Orozco proved to be a very smart move. Not only is Mike hard working and dependable, he is also a man of integrity. He thoughtfully and effectively took us through the entire precess, listing our home at the right price, guiding us in getting our home ready to sell, and then taking us painlessly through the contractual agreements for closing. His innovative methods resulting in two offers the very first weekend we listed. one of which became a full price offer.

Mike is a top professional in his field and he is also just a very nice guy; enjoyable and personable. His services definitely paid off for us with a quick sale at full price. Mike is undoubtedly the best realtor we have ever worked with and we highly recommend his services.

Sincerely,

 To Whom it may concern,

The purpose of this letter is to highly recommend Mike Orozco of Keller Williams Realty, Austin, Texas to represent any home buyer or seller in the future. Mike has been instrumental in the listing and sale of my home on 224 Trophy Pass.

Mike Orozco performed the many duties of Real Estate for me in a highly motivated, energetic and professional manner. I could always rely on him for timely communication and sage advise. He showed me his detailed study of comparable home sales which provided me with the data I needed to establish an accurate initial sale price.

I definitely recommend Mr. Mike Orozco and am certainly happy and please with his hard work in selling my home.

SIncerely yours,

To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is our personal recommendation for Mike Orozco. Until just recently, Mike had been our realtor. I found him to be consistently pleasant, tackling all assignments with dedication  and a smile.

We first met Mike during the summer of 2007. Mike was very understanding of where we were with the process and stuck with us throughout. We did not put our home for sale until Labor Day of 2008. Mike was constantly there providing feedback and support. Once the house was on the market, Mike was extremely involved in marketing the house to the appropriate people. Even with the economic shift that occurred towards the end of 2008, Mike was there to assure us that we were still on the right track. Our home finally sold for a price that we were very agreeable with. During the entire process, Mike remained in constant communication with us. If we ever had a question, he was there with an answer. Mike also has a great deal of knowledge relating to our neighborhood. This information proved to be very useful during the negotiation process. Beyond that, Mike was there to provide the little things. From a can of paint to a cedar fence slat, Mike will go out of his way to insure that your house looks its best. It’s these little things that make a world of difference.

I highly recommend Mike to anyone seeking to sell a home in our neighborhood. His knowledge of the neighborhood and the people that live there make him the only choice in our mind.

Sincerely,

Ricardo A. Solis
